Black Bean and Cheeto Burgers

1 can black beans
1 egg yolk (optional)
1 bag cheetos...not the puffy puffy ones...the tiny little crunchy ones...any flavor. 

Pulverize cheetos in food processor and set aside. Chop black beans in food processor with egg yolk, pulsing and turning them into a sort of coarse paste. Put the ground up black beans into a bowl and mix in a little of the cheeto powder, approximately a 1/2 c at a time, until the consistency is able to be formed into a patty. Heat a little bit of butter in a fry pan on med-high and grill "burgers" until they're slightly crisp and a little firmer. You want them to heat the whole way through because of the egg yolk. They are a little mushy but I honestly love them. Mike used to make them all the time when we were broke and veggie in Buffalo! Not GREAT for you but certainly better than a BIG MAC! 

*If you are feeling like you want something a little richer you can add a tablespoon or two of mayo with the egg yolk & black beans in the food processor.
